How to Return Your Order
Initiate Return Request
Log in to your account, go to "My Orders," select the item you want to return, and click "Request Return." Alternatively, contact our support team with your order number.
Get Return Authorization
Our team will review your request within 24 hours and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping label.
Pack Your Item
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and the RAN clearly visible. Use additional protective packaging if needed.
Ship or Schedule Pickup
Attach the return label and either schedule a free pickup (available in select cities) or drop off the package at the nearest courier center. Save your tracking number.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days), we'll process your refund. You'll receive confirmation via email.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size, color, or style within the same price range:
Same Price Exchange
If exchanging for an item of equal value, no additional charges apply. Free exchange shipping for manufacturing defects.
Different Price Exchange
If the new item costs more, you'll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll issue a refund for the difference.
Exchange Timeline
Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. The exchange process takes 7-10 business days from when we receive your return.
Note: Exchange is subject to availability. If your preferred item is out of stock, we'll offer a refund or store credit.

Original Payment Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Timeline varies by bank/card issuer.
Store Credit Option
Get instant store credit instead of waiting for bank refund. Credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective product or the wrong item:
- •Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
- •We'll arrange free pickup and send a replacement at no cost
- •Expedited shipping will be provided for the replacement
- •If replacement isn't available, you'll receive a full refund
International Returns
International customers can return items within 14 days of delivery:
- •Contact us to initiate the return process
- •Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective)
- •Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- •Customs duties paid by customer are not refundable
We recommend using a tracked shipping method for international returns to ensure safe delivery.
Important Notes
Inspection: All returned items are thoroughly inspected. Items that don't meet our return criteria will be sent back to you.
Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, please ensure sarees are returned unworn and unwashed.
Packaging: Items must be returned in original packaging. Use additional boxes if needed to prevent damage during transit.
