Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take every precaution, sometimes issues occur during shipping:
Lost Package
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 48 hours. We'll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.
Damaged Package
If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product, then contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund.
